Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 6 boneless thighs)
2 cups chicken broth

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 tablespoon fresh)

½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for depth)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Slow Cooker
1. Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker with butter or nonstick spray.
Step 2: Season & Cook the Chicken
1. Place the chicken breasts (or thighs) in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring the chicken is submerged.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil on top.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Step 3: Thicken the Gravy
1. Remove the cooked chicken and set aside on a plate.
