Air Fryer Baked Spaghetti
A simple, cosy, and delicious Air Fryer Baked Spaghetti prepared in your air fryer! You can make this baked spaghetti in your air fryer if it has room for a cake plate. You can make this dish to your own taste preferences, whether you use leftover spaghetti or freshly cooked spaghetti.
Ingredients For Air Fryer Baked Spaghetti
- 250 g (9 oz) dry spaghetti
- One cup, or 240 ml sauce made with tomatoes
- Four-ounce (125-gram) mozzarella ball
- ½ cup, or 125 gram mes ricotta
- ¼ cup (4 tablespoons) cream cheese
- ⅓ cup (35 g) grated parmesan cheese or vegetarian hard cheese
Instructions For Air Fryer Baked Spaghetti
- If you are making fresh pasta, boil it as directed on the package, then drain, put it back in the pan and stir in the tomato sauce.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and ricotta as it cooks.
- When the spaghetti is cooked, transfer half of it intothe pan.
- Drizzle the ricotta-cream cheese mixture on top. (Adding dollops of cream cheese will make it less spreadable if that’s all you’re using.)

- Transfer the leftover spaghetti onto the surface.
- Add the mozzarella pieces and the leftover parmesan cheese.
- Place gently in the air fryer basket that has been prepared, preferably on top of a silicone lining mat.
- For 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and browned on top, air fry at 320F (160C).
You may make this with whatever leftover spaghetti you have in the fridge.
- Although it’s assumed in my recipe that you prepare the spaghetti from scratch, you don’t have to! This is a great way to use up cold leftover spaghetti that you may have in the fridge. Since spaghetti gets rather starchy and sticky after being stored, using leftover spaghetti would actually result in a firmer, more “set” spaghetti bake.
- If possible, add a little extra sauce to the spaghetti for added flavour; however, this is not a must.
- Please take note that you must pre-cook the spaghetti for ten minutes before adding the cheese if you are preparing this using leftovers. The printed recipe card contains all the information you need to modify the recipe.
