Cheesy Chicken and Potato Skillet Recipe

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the potatoes:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed potatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and crispy on the outside, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. Cook the chicken:
In the same skillet, add the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
3. Combine and melt:
