Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 cup orzo pasta
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, for garnish

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Stir in the orzo and reduce the heat, simmering for about 10 minutes until the orzo is tender.
Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is creamy.
Return the chicken to the skillet and mix.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Cooking Tips
1. Cook the orzo al dente: Cooking the orzo until it’s slightly firm in the center will help it hold its texture.
2. Don’t overcook the chicken: Cook the chicken until it’s cooked through, but not overcooked, to prevent dryness.
3. Use a mixture of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese: The combination of these two cheeses will provide a creamy and melty texture.
