½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 large egg
½ cup almond flour (for binding)
½ cup pork rinds, crushed (or almond flour for a softer bite)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
6 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Instructions
