Ingredients:

For the Salmon & Shrimp:

2 salmon fillets

10–12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Juice of ½ lemon

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Mashed Potatoes:

2 large russet potatoes, peeled & cubed

3 tbsp unsalted butter

¼ cup heavy cream (or milk)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Green Beans:

1½ cups fresh green beans, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:

Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes).

Drain and mash with butter, cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cover and keep warm.

Cook the Green Beans:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add green beans and sauté for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until tender-crisp. Remove from heat.

Cook the Salmon & Shrimp:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.

Sear salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter and add shrimp, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.

Assemble & Serve:
