Ingredients:

●1 lb shrimp with shell
●Shrimp broth
●1-1/4 cup ketchup
●Dash Valentina
●Dash Worcester sauce
●1 lime
●Small onion
●2 tomatoes
●1 Serrano, seeds removed if you don’t want it too spicy.
●Cilantro
●1 can tomato sauce
●Half a cucumber, remove seeds
●Salt
●2 avocados

Method:

  1. Take the shrimp’s shells off and boil them with a little salt. After the prawns have finished cooking, remove the shells and boil the water again.
  2. Take out and discard shells.
To a bowl, add the shrimp broth, 1-1/4 cups tomato sauce, 1 can tomato sauce, a dash of Worcester sauce, a dash of Valentina and a lime. To attain the right consistency—one that is neither too thick nor too watery—mix and add extra of whatever you believe is necessary.
  3. Then, just chop the avocado, prawns, tomato, onion, cilantro and serrano peppers. Pour into the broth. Stir and taste.
  4. I’m hoping you’ll love it as well!
