Ingredients:

6 large eggs

1 cup milk (whole or 2% recommended)

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup cooked turkey sausage, crumbled (you can use breakfast sausage or Italian turkey sausage)

1 cup chopped fresh spinach (or other leafy greens)

1 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)

½ cup chopped onion (red or yellow)

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing the baking dish)

Optional toppings: fresh herbs (parsley, dill), cherry tomatoes, or olives

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or an equivalent size with olive oil or cooking spray.
