Avocado Tuna Salad
Avocado Tuna Salad – Fresh, Healthy, and Delicious!
Ingredients:
• 2 cans of tuna, drained
• 2 ripe avocados, diced
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cucumber, diced
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
o Drain the tuna and place it in a large mixing bowl.
o Dice the avocados and add them to the bowl.
o Finely chop the red onion, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the cucumber. Add these to the bowl.
o Chop the fresh cilantro and parsley and add them to the mixture.
2. Make the Dressing:
o In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Combine the Salad:
o Pour the dressing over the tuna and vegetables.
o Gently toss the ingredients together until everything is well combined and coated with the dressing.
4. Serve:
