This post has a tasty and easy chicken meal that you can’t miss! It’s quite easy to make your own grilled chicken steak with very few ingredients. The marinade’s ease of use is my favourite feature of this recipe.


Grill pan  Meat pounder


  1. The ingredients include boneless chicken breasts marinated in soy sauce
  2. 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  3. 1 teaspoon each of garlic
  4. onion powder
  5. 3 tablespoons honey
  6.  1 tablespoon brown sugar.


  1. If necessary, start by flattening the chicken breasts with a hard mallet.
  2. Put the marinating ingredients in a medium-sized bowl along with your chicken breasts. Apply a thick layer.
  3. Give your chicken a 20-minute marinade, or overnight if needed.
  4. Grease the grill pan with olive oil and preheat it.
  5. On the grill pan, place the chicken fillets and cook for 6–7 minutes on each side.
    Once cooked thoroughly, serve with sautéed
  6. vegetables and French fries.


  • Begin by flattening your chicken breasts with a heavy mallet if needed.
  • Place your chicken breasts in a medium bowl and add the marinating ingredients. Coat thoroughly.
  • Marinate your chicken for 20 minutes or overnight if necessary.
  • Preheat the grill pan and brush with olive oil.
  • Place the chicken fillets on the grill pan and cook for 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Once cooked thoroughly, serve with sautéed vegetables and French fries.
