Notes: Tips for Cooking Air Fryer Fried Rice
- You can use any mix of vegetables! I used peas and sweet corn, but feel free to use whatever you have on hand. Diced bell peppers, string beans, and broccoli are all excellent choices.
- If you’re not on a gluten-free diet, you can use ordinary soy sauce for the tamari.
- Are you making this for the kids or for someone who is allergic to heat? You can leave out the hot sauce.
- You will have crunchy rice on top, which I actually really enjoy, if you don’t stir the fried rice while it’s frying.
