- 4 oz. jar with drained peppers
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
- One tsp of paprika
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add green onions as a garnish.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEVILED EGG MACARONI SALAD
- Pasta should be prepared as directed, drained, and allowed to cool fully.
- Hard-boiled eggs should be prepared, cooled, and sliced.
- Combine all the ingredients, excluding the eggs, in a large mixing bowl and stir in the spaghetti. Fold in eggs gently. Add green onions as a garnish.
- Until it’s time to serve, chill!
NOTES:
Use real mayonnaise, such as that found in Best Foods or Hellman’s Pickle relish; either sweet pickle relish or dill relish will do. Finely chopped pickles can be used in its place.
Olives: You can use green or black olives instead of using any at all. I personally like black olives.
Pimientos: Finely sliced red bell pepper is another option.
