Broccoli Cheese Patties

Broccoli Cheese Patties

Components

  1. 2 cups of broccoli florets that have been cooked and coarsely chopped
  2. grated cheddar cheese equaling one cup
  3. 50 millilitres of low-carb breadcrumbs
  4. 2 eggs, both beaten
  5. Granulated Parmesan cheese, two teaspoons’ worth
  6. 2 cloves of garlic, chopped up
  7. 1/4 of a teaspoon of powdered onion
  8. To taste, season with salt and pepper
  9. For use in frying, olive oil

Instructions:

  1. To prepare, combine the following ingredients: Mix the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs that have been beaten, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until everything is well incorporated.
  2. The oil should be heated by placing a little quantity of olive oil in a big pan and heating it over medium heat.
  3. Using your hands, take a small quantity of the mixture and form it into a patty. This will be the first step in the process. Check to see if each patty is solid and can be held together. Continue until all of the mixture has been used.
  4. Cooking the patties involves placing them in the pan that has been heated, making sure there is sufficient space between each one. Make sure you cook them for around three to four minutes on each side, or until they get a golden brown colour and a crisp texture.
  5. Transfer the patties to a dish that has been lined with paper towels in order to absorb any extra oil that may have been present after they have been cooked.
  6. You may serve the patties as an appetiser, a side dish, or as an alternative to a veggie burger while they are still warm.
