Ingredients:
- Shrimp (1 lb, peeled and deveined)
- Okra (1 lb, sliced)
- Fresh parsley (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Olive oil (2 tbsp)
- Onion (1 medium, chopped)
- Green bell pepper (1, chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Paprika (1/2 tsp)
- Cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Diced tomatoes (1 can, 14.5 oz)
Instructions:
Step 1: Sauté Aromatics (5 minutes)
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add 1 medium chopped onion, 1 chopped green bell pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves.
- Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Cook Okra (5-7 minutes)
- Stir in 1 lb of sliced okra.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the okra is lightly browned.
