    • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
    • 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

Prepare the Cauliflower:

Preheat the Oven: Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C, and leave it there.
Chop the Cauliflower: Chop the cauliflower into small pieces, then reserve.
