Salmon, Shrimp, Cheesy Broccoli with Corn
Salmon, shrimp, broccoli, and corn in a creamy cheese sauce!

Ingredients:
For the Salmon and Shrimp:* 2 salmon fillets (about 150g each)
* 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon dried dill
* Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cheesy Broccoli:
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
* 1 cup milk
* Salt and pepper to taste
For the Corn:
* 2 ears of corn, husked and cut into halves (or 2 cups of corn kernels)
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Brush the marinade on salmon and place on baking sheet.
4. Toss shrimp in olive oil, salt and pepper, and arrange around salmon.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked and the shrimp is pink.
6. Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender.
7. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, stir flour and add milk.
8. Stir until thick, then remove from heat.
9. Add shredded cheddar, and stir until melted.
10. Boil corn ears for 5-7 minutes.
11. Sauté kernels in olive oil over medium heat.
12. Assemble & serve salmon, shrimp, cheesy broccoli and corn on plates.
