Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) cheese tortellini
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and slice into strips.
