Notes & Tips

Use Fresh Parmesan: Pre-shredded cheese doesn’t melt as smoothly as freshly grated Parmesan.

Make It Lighter: Swap heavy cream for half-and-half or use Greek yogurt for a lower-calorie option.

Add More Flavor: A squeeze of fresh lemon juice brightens the dish.

Protein Variations: Swap shrimp for chicken, salmon, or scallops.

Storage: Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk or cream.
