 Ingredients:

3 tbsp unsalted cheese, melted

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

2 tbsp white wine (optional, for extra flavor)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

For the Topping:

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp unsalted cheese, melted

½ tsp Italian seasoning

 Instructions:

1. Preheat & Prepare the Baking Dish

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

2. Make the Garlic cheese Sauce

In a large bowl, mix together melted cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, lemon zest, white wine, and parsley.

Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.

3. Arrange the Shrimp

Spread the shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are evenly coated with the sauce.

4. Prepare the Topping
