Ingredients 

For the Burrito:

2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (or 2 cups rotisserie chicken)

1 large avocado, diced

½ cup cherry tomatoes, diced

½ cup romaine lettuce, shredded

½ cup cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

4 large flour tortillas

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

1. If using raw chicken, season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked. Shred with two forks. (Skip this step if using pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.)

Step 2: Make the Ranch Dressing

2. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Step 3: Assemble the Burritos

3. Lay out a tortilla and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center.

4. Add shredded chicken, diced avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese.

5. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a burrito.
