Instructions

1. Prepare Crispy Garlic

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat.

Add thinly sliced garlic and a pinch of salt.

Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Keep the oil for harissa-tomato sauce.

2. Make Harissa-Tomato Oil

In the same skillet with reserved oil, add harissa paste and tomato paste.

Remove from heat.

3. Cook the Beans
