Q: Can I make this salad ahead of time?

A: Yes! You can blanch the asparagus and prep the ingredients up to a day in advance. Add the dressing and feta just before serving for best texture.

Q: What can I use instead of feta?

A: Try goat cheese, ricotta salata, or even vegan feta for a dairy-free version.

Q: Can I grill the asparagus instead of blanching it?

A: Absolutely! Grilled asparagus adds a lovely smoky flavor.

Q: Is this salad served warm or cold?

A: It’s best served cold or at room temperature. Avoid serving piping hot as it can melt the feta.

Q: Can I add protein to make it a meal?

A: Yes – grilled chicken, chickpeas, or boiled eggs work well to make it more filling.
