Tzatziki Chicken Pizza

Tzatziki Chicken Pizza

Think of this as a Mediterranean flatbread-meets-pizza: creamy tzatziki as the sauce grilled chicken for protein, plus cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onions, olives, and crumbled feta — all on a warm, crispy base. A refreshing and healthy pizza you can make in under 30 minutes!

Time:

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Servings: 2–3

Ingredients:

For the Base:

2 naan or flatbreads (or 1 pre-baked pizza crust)

1 tbsp olive oil

For the Toppings:

1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded (grilled or rotisserie)

1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Fresh dill or parsley

Optional: arugula or baby spinach

Quick Homemade Tzatziki (optional):

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/3 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp olive oil

Salt and fresh dill to taste

Mix everything well and refrigerate for 10+ minutes to let flavors meld.

Instructions:

Prep the Flatbread Base:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place naan/flatbreads on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil.

Warm the Crust :
Bake for 5–7 minutes or until slightly golden and crisp around the edges. Remove and let cool slightly.

Assemble the Pizza:
Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce over each flatbread. Top with shredded chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, and feta.

Optional Warm Bake:
If you like your toppings warm and cheese slightly melted, return to the oven for 3–4 more minutes. Otherwise, serve it fresh and cool!

Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and optional greens like arugula. Slice and enjoy!

Tips:

Use rotisserie chicken for a fast option.

Swap feta for goat cheese or shredded mozzarella if you prefer a meltier texture.

Add a drizzle of olive oil or a splash of lemon juice on top before serving for extra zing.
