Q: Can I use frozen tortellini?

A: Yes, just boil it according to package directions. It may need a couple more minutes than fresh tortellini.

Q: How can I make it vegan?

A: Use vegan tortellini, skip the Parmesan, and replace with nutritional yeast or vegan cheese.

Q: Can I add protein to this?

A: Definitely! Grilled chicken, shrimp, or chickpeas work well without overpowering the summer veggies.

Q: What other vegetables can I add?

A: Try corn, green beans, spinach, or asparagus based on what’s in season or available.

Q: Can I serve this cold?

A: Yes! It makes a great tortellini pasta salad. Just chill and add a bit more olive oil or dressing before serving.
