Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken, cover, and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
Cook the Chicken
Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side (until cooked through, 165°F/74°C internal temp).
Rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Make the Sauce
Stir together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill/parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble the Wraps
Warm pitas. Spread a spoonful of yogurt sauce inside each.
Add lettuce, chicken strips, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, and feta.
Drizzle with extra sauce. Fold or roll into a wrap.
Notes & Tips
For extra flavor: char pitas lightly on a skillet before filling.
Meal prep: store cooked chicken, veggies, and sauce separately; assemble just before eating.
Add hummus for creaminess or a spicy kick with harissa or chili flakes.
Swap chicken with grilled lamb, beef, or falafel for variety.
