Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
Set to 200°C / 400°F.
2. Prepare Honey-Rosemary Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk honey, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Sear Chicken:
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet or roasting pan.
