1 tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove, grated or minced

1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

1 tsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Wraps:

2–3 flatbreads (pita, naan, or lavash)

1 cup lettuce or baby spinach

½ cup cucumber slices

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

Marinate Chicken:

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat chicken and marinate 20 minutes (or up to 4 hours in fridge).

Grill Chicken:

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.

Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked (165°F / 74°C).

Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

Make Yogurt Sauce:

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Chill until ready.

Assemble Wraps:

Warm flatbreads.

Layer greens, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and sliced chicken.

Drizzle with yogurt sauce.
