2 cups broccoli florets
2 medium carrots, sliced thin

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
Place chicken in a bowl or zip bag. Add ½ cup Italian dressing.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight for deeper flavor).
2. Prepare Veggies
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a baking sheet, toss all veggies with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Bake
Place marinated chicken on the sheet pan with veggies.
Drizzle the remaining ½ cup Italian dressing over everything.
