Ingredients

For the Yogurt Sauce (Tzatziki-style):
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill or mint (optional)

For the Wraps:
4 pita breads or flatbreads (lightly warmed)
1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
1 tomato, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
Optional: feta cheese crumbles or olives
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken and coat evenly.
3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 3–4 hours for stronger flavor).
Step 2: Make the Yogurt Sauce
1. Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill/mint, salt, and pepper.
2. Chill in the fridge until serving (helps the flavors blend).
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
1. Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 75°C / 165°F).
2. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Step 4: Assemble the Wraps
1. Warm the pita or flatbread slightly.
2. Spread yogurt sauce generously in the center.
3. Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and sliced chicken.
4. Sprinkle with feta cheese or olives if using.
5. Wrap tightly and serve warm.
Notes & Tips
Use chicken thighs for a juicier wrap.
Wrap in foil or parchment paper to hold shape if serving on the go.
You can make it spicy by adding chili flakes or harissa to the marinade.
