Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients
For the Chicken
250–300g chicken breast (sliced or cubed)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Wrap
2 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
¼ cup grated parmesan
¼ cup cherry tomatoes
2–3 tbsp Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
Optional Add-ins
½ avocado
Croutons for crunch

Instructions
1. Cook the Chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
Slice or cube into bite-size pieces.
2. Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix:
Chopped lettuce
1–2 tbsp Caesar dressing
Parmesan
(Toss lightly so lettuce stays crisp.)
3. Assemble the Wrap
Lay tortilla flat.
Add the Caesar salad mixture.
Add warm chicken pieces.
Drizzle a little extra dressing on top.
Add tomatoes or avocado if using.
Roll tightly like a burrito.
4. Toast the Wrap
Place on a dry pan for 1–2 minutes per side for a warm, crispy wrap.
Tips
Use grilled or air-fried chicken for extra flavor.
Add croutons inside for a crunchy classic Caesar texture.
For a healthier wrap, use Greek yogurt Caesar dressing.
Can be made ahead — just keep lettuce and dressing separate until eating.
