Ingredients

2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, very thinly sliced

For the Honey Mustard Dressing
1.5 tbsp hone
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp whole-grain mustard (optional, adds texture)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

Instructions
1. Prepare the Vegetables
Add shredded cabbage, sliced cucumber, and red onion to a large bowl.
If using herbs or seeds, add them too.
2. Make the Honey Mustard Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together:
- Honey
- Dijon mustard
- Whole-grain mustard (optional)
- Olive oil
