Instructions
Step 1: Roast the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss potato cubes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and lemon zest.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice thinly
