1 large cucumber, cut into thick slices or half-moons

Instructions
Step 1 — Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and slice cucumber into thick rounds or half-moons.
Cut feta into cubes of roughly the same size as cucumber slices.
Wash cherry tomatoes if using.
Drain and pit olives if using.
Step 2 — Assemble the Skewers
Take a skewer and thread ingredients in this order (or creatively):
Feta cube
Cucumber slice
Cherry tomato
Olive
Small mint or parsley leaf
Repeat until skewer is filled, leaving 1–2 cm at the bottom for handling.
Continue until all ingredients are used.
Step 3 — Dress the Skewers
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of black pepper.
Lightly drizzle over the assembled skewers.
