Steak & Eggs with Fresh Avocado

A clean, protein-packed, keto-friendly classic inspired by your image — juicy medium-rare steak, perfectly fried eggs, and creamy avocado chunks!

For the Steak

1 steak (ribeye, sirloin, flank — your choice)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & coarse black pepper

Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder

For the Eggs

2 eggs

1 tsp  or olive oil

Salt & pepper

 

For the Avocado

 

1 ripe avocado, cubed

 

Pinch of salt

 

Optional: squeeze of lime

 

 

Cook the Steak

Pat the steak dry, season generously with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.

Heat a heavy pan on high with olive oil.

Sear 3 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to taste).

Let rest 5 minutes, then slice.

 

Fry the Eggs

Melt butter or oil in a non-stick pan.

Crack in the eggs and cook sunny-side up until the whites are set and edges are crisp.

Season with salt and pepper.

 

Prepare the Avocado

Cube the avocado and sprinkle with a pinch of salt (and lime if desired).

 

Assemble the Plate

Arrange sliced steak, fried eggs, and avocado on a plate.
