Greek Beef Mezze Platter with Lemon Drizzle

Ingredients:

300g beef strips or slices, grilled

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

100g feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup Kalamata olives

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp dried oregano

 

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Pita bread or flatbread, for serving

 

Directions:

 

Preheat grill or skillet and cook beef strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano until desired doneness.

 

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice to make the drizzle.

 

Arrange beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and olives on a large platter.

 

Drizzle the lemon dressing over the platter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

 

Serve with warm pita bread or flatbread on the side.
