Blueberry Pecan Brie Wrapped in Puff Pastry

Ingredient

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

200 g wheel of Brie cheese

½ cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup pecans, chopped and toasted

2 tbsp honey

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry slightly. Place Brie in the center.

 

Top Brie with blueberries, chopped pecans, and drizzle honey over the top.

 

Fold puff pastry around the Brie, sealing edges. Brush the outside with beaten egg.

 

Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

 

Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra honey if desired.
