Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites with Raspberry Honey Glaze
Ingredients:
8 oz (225 g) brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
½ cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp raspberry preserves
16 mini phyllo cups or puff pastry shells
Optional: fresh raspberries or mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place brie cubes in mini phyllo cups or puff pastry shells.
Roll or press the sides of each brie cube into the chopped pistachios to coat.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until the brie is slightly melted and the pastry is golden.
In a small saucepan, warm honey and raspberry preserves over low heat until combined and smooth.
Drizzle raspberry honey glaze over the baked brie bites.
Garnish with fresh raspberries or mint leaves if desired and serve warm.
