500 g boneless chicken breast

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornflour (cornstarch)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
For Frying

Method
Prepare the Chicken
Cut chicken breast into long fry-shaped strips.
In a bowl,milk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.
Add chicken strips, mix well, cover, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Coating
In another bowl, combine flour, cornflour, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well to ensure even seasoning.
Coat the Chicken
Remove chicken from marinades
Dredge each strip in the flour mixture.
For extra crispiness, dip again in the buttermilk and re-coat with flour.
Fry the Chicken Fries
Heat oil to 170–175°C (340–350°F).
Fry chicken fries in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
