Delicious Cranberry & Turkey Stuffing Balls
Tender turkey stuffing balls infused with herbs and bursts of sweet-tart cranberry.
They taste like classic holiday stuffing in bite-size form — lighter than traditional stuffing and perfect for parties or as a festive side.

Ingredients
450 g (1 lb) lean ground turkey
¾ cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs or stuffing mix
½ cup onion, finely diced
½ cup celery, finely diced
1 garlic clove, minced
⅓ cup dried cranberries, chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking tray with parchment.
2. Mix
In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, garlic, cranberries, egg, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently (do not overwork).
3. Shape
Roll mixture into golf-ball-size balls.
Place evenly on baking tray.
4. Bake
Bake 18–22 minutes, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Serve
Garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve warm with cranberry sauce or light gravy for dipping.

Add grated apple for extra moisture.
Make mini balls for cocktail appetizers.
Air-fryer option: 375°F (190°C), 12–14 minutes.
