Easy Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl
All the flavors of pizza — melty cheese, rich tomato sauce, veggies, and protein — without the crust.

🥘 Ingredients
½ cup low-sugar pizza sauce or marinara
1 cup shredded mozzarella (part-skim for lighter option)
¼ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup bell peppers, sliced
¼ cup olives, sliced
¼ cup cooked chicken, turkey, or beef (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
🧑🍳 Instructions
1. Sauté veggies
Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
Sauté mushrooms and peppers 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
2. Assemble bowl
In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin:
Spread pizza sauce at the bottom
Add sautéed veggies and protein
Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan
3. Bake or microwave
Oven: Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 8–10 minutes until bubbly
Air fryer: 180°C for 6–7 minutes
Microwave: 2–3 minutes (cheese melted)
4. Finish
Let rest 1 minute.
Add fresh basil or a drizzle of olive oil if desired.

Mediterranean: Add spinach, feta, olives
Veggie-loaded: Zucchini, artichokes, onions
Dairy-lighter: Use less cheese + more veggies
