1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp tahini
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Prepare carrots

3. Roast carrots
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized at the edges.
