These delicate phyllo cups are filled with creamy Greek yogurt, lightly sweetened with honey, and topped with fresh figs and a sprinkle of nuts. This Mediterranean dessert is light, refreshing, naturally sweet, and visually stunning — perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.

Ingredients:
Phyllo Cups:
4 sheets phyllo dough (thawed if frozen)
2 tbsp melted coconut oil or olive oil
Filling:
1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
1–2 tsp honey or date syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Toppings:
4–5 fresh figs, sliced
2 tbsp chopped pistachios or walnuts
Drizzle of honey or orange blossom syrup (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Phyllo Cups:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lay one sheet of phyllo on a clean surface, brush lightly with oil. Layer 2–3 sheets together, cutting into squares (~10 cm).
Press each square into a mini muffin tin to form cups.
Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and cool.
2. Prepare Yogurt Filling:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth.
3. Assemble Dessert:
Spoon yogurt into each cooled phyllo cup.
Top with sliced figs and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Optional: drizzle lightly with honey or orange blossom syrup.
Tips & Notes:
Can substitute figs with pomegranate seeds, berries, or sliced peaches.
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier texture.
Phyllo cups can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for 1–2 days; add yogurt and toppings just before serving.
