Ingredients
Lobster Filling
2 cups cooked lobster meat (claw & tail), chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & black pepper
Rolls
4 brioche or hot dog rolls
1 tbsp butter
Optional Add-ins
1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
Tiny pinch smoked paprika
Instructions
Prepare Creamy Cajun Sauce
Melt butter in a pan over low-medium heat.
Add garlic, saute 30 seconds (do not brown).
Add cream and Cajun seasoning, stir gently.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Turn off heat, mix in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Warm Lobster
Gently fold lobster meat into the sauce.
Warm 1–2 minutes only (do not overcook).
Toast the Rolls
Brush rolls with butter.
Toast in a pan until golden and soft inside.
Assemble
Spoon creamy Cajun lobster generously into rolls.
Finish with fresh herbs and optional paprika.
