Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, sliced

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (or 2 large tomatoes, sliced)

200 g fresh mozzarella (bocconcini or ball), sliced

Fresh basil leaves

Dressing

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic glaze (or reduced balsamic vinegar)

Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Lemon zest (tiny pinch)

Instructions
