1. Preheat oven to 220°C
2. Toss carrots and chickpeas with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt & pepper
3. Roast 25 minutes, flipping once, until caramelized

Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric, black pepper & salt until smooth
3️⃣ Assemble Bowl
1. Add greens to bowl
2. Top with warm carrots & chickpeas
