🛒 Ingredients
1 cup chickpeas (boiled / canned, rinsed)
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tsp lemon zest
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt & black pepper
Finish
Fresh dill or parsley
Optional: few olives or feta crumble
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Golden Chickpeas
Take pan and put 1½ tbsp olive oil heat karo
Put Chickpeas in pan for 5–6 and make make it lightly crispy
2️⃣ Fennel Cook
Take the same pan and put olive oil
Add Garlic + fennel
Stir for Medium heat 6–8 until soft
3️⃣ Combine
Tomatoes, chickpeas, oregano, salt add
3–4 min cook
Lemon zest + juice mix
4️⃣ Serve
Herbs sprinkle
Olive oil drizzle
