1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)

½ cup cucumber, grated & squeezed dry

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 garlic clove, grated

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

4 pita breads (or flatbreads)

Shredded lettuce or cucumber slices

Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken
