Cheese Layer

1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend

½ cup mozzarella or Monterey Jack (for extra melt)

1 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo

½ cup sweet corn

½ cup sliced olives

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

Instructions
