½ tsp instant dry yeast

¾ cup warm water

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

½ cup pitted olives (Kalamata or green), chopped

1 tsp dried oregano or rosemary

Optional: 1 tbsp seeds (sesame or flax)
