Instructions

2. Form the Galette
Arrange potato slices in overlapping circles on the tray, forming a large round (or 2 smaller ones).
Brush lightly with extra olive oil.
3. Bake Until Crispy
Bake for 40–45 minutes, until deeply golden and crisp at the edges
